Very slow service, took forever to receive the food after the simple order was placed. Would not recommend if you are in any kind of time crunch. When our order was received, the breakfast sandwiches did not have either of the meats that we ordered: 0/2 - bacon egg & cheese and sausage egg & cheese were both just egg & cheese. We were already on the plane when we noticed (again, due to the incredibly slow service, ~25 minutes for 2 sandwiches during a non-busy time), and a direct inquiry to the company requesting a follow up was ignored. Avoid!

Even by airport standards this place is woeful. Has iPads to order but shows you an advert before the menu then charges a ridiculous price. The staff were walking a tightrope between miserable and just actively rude. 1 star is generous

My Caesar Salad was over-dressing, you have to order online? Server’s don’t talk with nobody , definitely an awful place to eat.

Excellent experience! The tablet ordering system was organized and easy to use. Waiter was friendly and helpful and my sandwich and potatoes were hot and made perfectly. I will return when in this airport.

I'm at the airport....half hour wait on the food...eggs Benedict..very bland with no hollidaise sauce ..some kind of water downed yellow something...terrible..never again

Food was terrible, overpriced and gave me food poisoning. Real great way to spend a 4 hour flight. I plan on reaching out to management to attempt a refund.

Staff seems either overworked or thoroughly uninterested. Good luck knowing what's going on with your order or getting food that ressembles its picture.

Don’t get an egg sandwich here. One of the worst I’ve ever had which is saying a lot since it’s pretty hard to mess up. Eggs were totally dried up. Sandwich was awful. Advertised as an H&H bagel and that can’t be possible because I’ve had H&H before and this isn’t even a close facsimile.

Ok (not great), grossly overpriced food. An overdone, flavorless omelette and small, medicore bloody Mary will run you $37. Annoying tablet ordering (can't turn it off either). Minimal service (although the "server" was kind). I generally tip 20-35%, but would suggest 5% here. Bring your own food if you have to fly out of Terminal C. All the restaurants are the same (CIBO) and offer the same overpriced fare with tablets.

Ordered food with 0% gratuity since it said we had to tip before we even spoke to our waiter with the intention of tipping in cash after our meal. We were forced to cancel our orders and leave if we didn't add a gratuity on before ordering. We left.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Easily the worst eggs benedict I've ever had. If I had seen its reviews first I would've eaten trail mix or dirt. Coffee was very bitter. Plus it was 20 dollars, $28 once the exchange rate took effect, which is semi acceptable if the food is good. Service was prompt and friendly, food came out quickly but I think that's cause they threw it in the microwave. Portions were small which I was thankful for. I didn't want more garbage on my plate. I would NEVER order from here again and would encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere, anywhere else.

Dirty tables, crappy food, forced gratuity before even being served. Steel cut oats? Not even close-clearly just instant oatmeal Brings airport food to a new low.

I thought it was really good in the moment until I was up all night throwing up my fried chicken sandwich... my first time with food poisoning.

DON'T GO HERE. OVERPRICED FOOD, DRINKS AND TIPS. They want a tip before you even get the food. If you're paying with your card, do yourself a favor and give them 1% tip or none at all. They don't deserve anything more than that. I saw how they were making the food, one person sweaty throwing everything around. I ordered a simple dish with a cappuccino. They gave me a little girls teacup and a burnt English muffin. The eggs Benedict was raw, the sauce was disgusting. The hero of the dish was the water! I had to leave quick because I didn't want to miss my plane in case I needed to use the bathroom after that meal.

I did not feel comfortable here.

Honestly one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten. Please do not go there.. Service is terrible, forced tip, horrible food and worse service. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

If there was a "zero star" choice I would have chosen that instead. My girlfriend and I ordered two sandwiches. The guy making the sandwich is touching computer screens, writing pens and who knows what else...and then proceeds to walk out of the kitchen to do something then walks back in and doesn't change his gloves or wash his hands. 20 minutes later the guy must have had an epiphany and learned how to put sandwich meat between two slices of bread. We finally get our order so we go to sit down in front of Interwich and one of the waiters tells us we need to leave because this is for "dine in only." WE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE SANDWICH FROM THEM AND WERE TOLD TO LEAVE. The food is revolting, the people who work there are bottom of the barrel. I've never had a worse experience, anywhere or for anything.

Overpriced garbage

Terrible food. The bahn mi was essentially jerky on a hard roll. I ended up throwing the second half away. Also very expensive.

Paying a high price for food is to be expected here. Paying 3.85 for a ice tea without refills is a ripoff. Also tips are automatically added regardless of quality of service.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

I ordered a turkey club, and they made me a ham sandwich. When I pointed this out, they put bacon on the ham sandwich. I was forced to tip for this. Sandwich was trash. IF YOU WANT TO EAT FROM A LANDFILL AND OVER PAY FOR IT, EAT HERE.

Ease up on the sauce for the Buffalo Wings. The Wings sauce was super thick and very spicy(which I love), but there was so much of it that you had to blot the wings off before eating them. Waitstaff wasn’t friendly, at all!! Go to the bar/eatery near Gate C29, Super friendly staff.

I understand airport pricing but $19 for a 9oz glass of wine is outrageous!!!! Sushi was okay. I tried to help the waiter clear the table and accidentally knocked over my full wine glass (that I only took 3 sips from) and offered to help clean it up. They didn’t offer to bring another glass for the accident and the waiter came back and asked if we are missing anything and then left.

I was looking for a quick breakfast before my flight. $15 for eggs? $6.00 for a bagel with cream cheese? Yeah.. I'll pass.

Awful service, awful food, & false advertising. Got a $14 bahn mi sandwich but they left off cilantro and the siracha jalapeño aioli. Once I physically tracked down the server, despite pushing the call button and waiting for 10 minutes, she explained (after I’d paid and tipped, which you are required to do at the time you order) that they were out of cilantro and that the sandwich doesn’t come with the delicious-sounding aioli described on the menu. The server said, “The menu isn’t totally accurate.” Hmmmmm....maybe don’t call it a bahn mi sandwich then since it evidently comes without essential ingredients! (FYI, there was barely any carrot or daikon radish in the sandwich.)

The food is terribly overpriced and of terrible quality. Ate here as a last resort, but would've been happier with some chips from a newsstand.

Worst experience in an USA restaurant, our food arrived in parts, coffee just when we finished our food, waiters walk as if they were sick or half dead, manager was drinking her coffee, came to complain and she was slow as if on drugs, run away if you can from this horror place

Ordered 2 turkey club sandwiches, both to-go. One without mayo and one with avocado. First one came out on a plate so had to ask for a to-go box. Both sandwiches were exactly the same... both cme with mayo and avocado. Didnt discover until were on the plane so too late to fix it. The white bread was limp and the ingredients were piled in the center of the sandwich.

Embarrassingly bad food and service.

The service was fairly quick and the food was decent. Not $13 for a small sandwich decent but it’s an airport after all. I will say the iPad ordering is interesting but it asks you to tip before the food is even brought.

Absolutely terrible service. They did not tell me when my order was done. They have the wrong side and complained when I asked for the right side. They also accused my of "putting my finger in the food" when when I checked the random box sitting on the counter that apparently contained the food they said they would tell me about. Terrible.

Had a server verbally abuse us because he tried to take our 3 rd chair when that person my colleague had to use restroom. He threatened to throw me out because I said chair not moving as we are eating for our food. Waitress said to him their are 3 at this table and he insisted on saying he doesn’t believe it !!! To me first and then to his co worker. She was mortified. I called him an idiot and called manager to say. This individual should never be in the business I love. Hospitality. Surreal horrible experience. Food mediocre at best.

Purchased $19 worth of food and sat at a table. Was told sitting at that table was only for paying customers. I showed them my food and receipt and was told to move to the FULL tables next to the table we were already at. No one else was in line or wanted to sit at that table. RUDE.Sandwhich as average. Fries hot. Employees making food couldn't stop talking to each other long enough to cook anything. Would not recommend.

If i could Give 0 stars I would. Phuntek is rude and disrespectful and wanted to argue with me. Plates are dirty and bagel was hard as a rock. Never came back to check on us. So glad i don't have to deal with this airport.

While charging you for a large breakfast, you're fed like a twelve year-old child.

The food is low quality and overpriced. My potatoes where microwaved and my omelet was insipid, definitely not worth 12$. My last and worst meal at NY :(

Honestly kind of shocked at the 1 star ratings for this place. It's definitely not the greatest, but as far as airport food goes it's not so bad, and it was the only place that I could find an egg sandwich haha. Also, price wasn't that terrible for the amount they give you (again, in relation to airport food haha). 9 dollars gets you a solid egg sandwich. Although, the woman next to me had a refund given to her so I'm not sure what happened there... just relaying my experience!

Overpriced drinks, made me wait 30 min for a “hot sandwich” that consisted of 2 cold slices of bread pitifully thrown together. Service was rude. Wish I could get a refund.

Quite possibly the worst food and service combo I’ve witnessed. Bring back McDonald’s to LGA!!!!
